Cannot leave abandoned workspace

I have gone to workspaces and clicked the "leave" button and get a success message.  However, the workspace still appears.  I have seen this question raised many times and it looks like this has to be done by manually posting a question, so here it goes.  The workspace I am trying to leave begins with "cm".  Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi Zergsoft,

I have just refreshed your workspace membership as I could see that you belonged to a stale workspace. Please perform a browser refresh and attempt to load your workspace list again - it should no longer be present :)
