Workspaces to delete:

  • bitbucket.org/minoent0/
  • bitbucket.org/minent/

Workspace to keep: bitbucket.org/minoent/

I am the owner of all three. Please delete only the two listed above and keep minoent intact.

Why I cannot do this myself:

  1. Workspace settings, General section, has no "Delete workspace" button. The page ends at "Update workspace".
  2. Trying to leave a workspace returns "You're not allowed to leave this workspace."
  3. In admin.atlassian.com, Atlassian apps lists all three workspaces, but the "..." menu offers no delete action. It only shows Manage users, Manage app, Change plan, Open Bitbucket, and Bitbucket settings.
  4. The support contact form does not let me raise a ticket because I am on the Free plan.

Both workspaces to delete are empty, 0 bytes of storage and no repositories.

Could an Atlassian admin remove them, or point me to the correct procedure? Thank you.

Hi @김민호

Deleting a workspace from workspace settings was the method for deleting legacy workspaces (workspaces not connected to your org via unified user management).

To delete a workspace - you must be an org admin:

1. Navigate to admin.atlassian.com

2. Select the org

3. Navigate to Billing and click Manage beside the workspace you're looking for

4. Click the ... dropdown and select De-activate or Cancel Subscription

Cheers!
