Cannot create a pull request in Firefox 68.0 on Win10

Hello,
when I try to create a pull request using Firefox, it fails with multiple errors, first is `this.storage is undefined` (see attached image).
When I use chrome 76, it works.

This also happens in Ubuntu, same Firefox version (Developer Edition).
Also affects to other parts of the site. The only extensions installed are «React Developer Tools» and «Redux Tools».
