From this guide it appears that it's not possible to build multi-architecture docker images (i.e. `docker buildx build`) using bitbucket pipelines? Surely not?
This is very simple over on GitHub, so if it's not possible on bitbucket then maybe it's time to migrate...

This is not possible for Pipelines builds that run in our own infrastructure. However, you can try using a Linux Docker runner:
Runners allow you to run builds in Pipelines on your own infrastructure, you can see the build log of each build on the Pipelines page of a repo, and you won’t be charged for the build minutes used by your self-hosted runners.
