Cannot access Bitbucket site nor authenticate with Bitbucket

Cannot access Bitbucket site nor authenticate with Bitbucket

The Status page states that Bitbucket is fully Operational but my coworkers and I cannot access the Bitbucket page, nor can my IDE authenticate with Bitbucket. On the webpage it says Something Went Wrong with this id: cdd4146a4e8a4d16a7672adaa3a4609b

Is the server down? I tried to submit an Atlassian Support ticket but it doesn't allow me to create a ticket, so I am asking the question on here.

Seems there is an active incident on the status page now.

We at Atlassian regularly monitor the community, so we can assure you in the event of an incident - we will see this and respond accordingly. I can confirm that this issue appears to be resolved now - can you let us know if you are still encountering any issues?
