I wish to cancel all my subscriptions, and have had a nightmare trying to navigate the Atlassian site to contact support. Can you please cancel my subscriptions and purge any data on file.

May you please clarify what you are trying to delete (ie an organisation, a Bitbucket Cloud workspace, your Atlassian account or all of the above), whilst also letting me know your timezone so I can raise a support ticket on your behalf?
