Is there a way to change the defaults that are set when a repository is created in Bitbucket Server? The default when creating a new repository is to allow forking, I would like the default to not allow forking, but not to disable forking completely.
I also want to be able to remove the ability to fork on all repos we have currently without disabling forking all together. Is there a (bulk) way to do this other than manually going through every repo individually?
