Can we provide view access to a bitbucket pipeline alone ?

The user should have only access to view the selected bitbucket pipelines where the files or folders in the repo should be restricted from view or read,write access.

Hi Arun Kumar and welcome to the community!

I'm afraid that this is not possible. There are three access levels for a repository, Read, Write and Admin:

A user needs to have at least Read access in order to be able to view the Pipelines builds and Read access also allows them to view the repo's source code.
