Can we create a global function for Sonarcloud step to reuse it in all repositories?

Hi Team,

We use   &sonarcloud   to define a step entity, which has several lines for reuse, and the alias   *sonarcloud  to reuse it.

We want to reuse it in all repositories in the same workspace.

Is there a way where we can define it at global or account level?
So that it would be easy to make the change at a single place and will get reflected on all the repositories.
