Can we configure jenkins job parameters in webhook to kick-off parameterized jenkins jobs?

I have a parameterized job in jenkins. In bitbucket webhook configuration I do not see any option to send custom payloads, in this case it would contain the parameters for my jenkins job.

You can only define static URLs for webhooks and you can´t change the the payload.
