Can we cache a step?

For example, we could have

pipelines: default: 
  - step: 
    - script: 
      - apt-get update && apt-get install -y zlib1g-dev pkg-config libssl-dev openssl

Every time I run pipeline, this step require a certain amount of time.

Could we avoid it caching the step result?
