Can't use oauth token and API token to get commit and pull request images

Hi Atlassin Teams,
when I use the oauth token and API token to get commits and pull requsts images, it will redirect to the sign in url now, I have tried this method before and it worked, but it's not working now. Could you please tell me if we have changed some strategies that caused this issue, and I would like to know how to request it correctly.

There is a strict native limitation regarding images embedded in pull request descriptions or comments. These assets are handled differently by the platform and are not currently exposed through the public REST API. This limitation is tracked under the active feature suggestion [BCLOUD-22105] Add the ability to fetch images added to Pull Requests through the Rest API - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
