I am able to log into all my atlassian products like JIRA and confluence using my password and 2FA but I can't seem to log into Bitbucket as it keeps throwing this error.

I have tried deleting my history, using incognito mode, changing browsers, and even disabling 2FA temporarily but it still keeps throwing this same error everytime i click on bitbucket. This issue doesn't exist for other people on my team.

Hey @Akshata

Welcome to the community.

Could you please check your email and follow the reset link to reset your Bitbucket 2SV? I can see you’ve already triggered a reset, so try completing that first.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi @Akshata

Since only Bitbucket fails, this is often workspace/account-link or stale auth session rather than global Atlassian login. Try full sign-out from id.atlassian.com, clear Atlassian/Bitbucket cookies, then log in directly to Bitbucket first. If still failing, check whether the affected account is tied to the expected workspace and ask support to inspect account-level auth logs for that user.
