Can't push to Bitbucket or even access website

I've been trying to push to Bitbucket and keep getting "an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" after a while. And then I tried to login to the Bitbucket website after that to get the URL to try SSH, but it times out with ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. I checked the Bitbucket status and it says everything is up. Why can't I access Bitbucket at all from my computer?
