I try to login to an account with login/password but the login process send me to Microsoft SSO while the actual account isnt using it.

This was an old account linked to another email, i've changed that to use the new email and now i can't connect to it as i'm in a loop with SSO.

Hi @Stéphan ZYCH

Welcome to the community.

Since your account is part of a company-managed domain, you are automatically redirected to your organization's Single Sign-On (SSO). This is a mandatory security requirement and cannot be bypassed.

If you need to opt out or change your login method, please contact your internal IT team. They manage the domain settings and are the only ones who can modify these requirements for your account.

Regards,
Syahrul

Hello there, the problem is that the email used is not associated with a SSO. This is rerouting email so I have set the Bitbucket account knowing this with a password and not through SSO.

So, how can we make it through?

Hi @Stéphan ZYCH

Your account is managed by an org as it is part of a company-managed domain. You would not be routed through to Microsoft login unless SSO was being enforced.

We do not have any control or authority over managed accounts, unfortunately, so you will need to reach out to your internal IT team.

Cheers!
