Can't login after install into new server

After to install Bitbuket into a new server and and modify the bitbucket.properties assign it to the old database, we can't login and show the message "The remote authentication server is not available. Please try again later"

Hi Juan,

I assume you configured Bitbucket Server to use Crowd or Jira as the user directory server - on both you configured which machines can authenticate users by specifying a whitelist of IP addresses. My hunch is that the IP address of the new Bitbucket Server machine is not whitelisted on Crowd or Jira, so that's what you'll need to fix.
