I am having issues logging into an Atlassian portal used by Delivery Hero. Whenever I try to log in it says "Can't log in", and if I try to reset my password there's an error saying "Can't reset password at this time". I'm kindly asking for any type of advice, thank you.

I assume Delivery Hero is a company you work for. In that case contact a Bitbucket or Organization admin (you can usually find these through the company IT department).
