I can log into my Atlassian account but cannot access Bitbucket Cloud — getting 'We couldn't log you in' error with infinite redirects. My workspace exists and API works fine. Error code: 56f01affba3a484280958405fe30543f. I believe my account may be marked as inactive/dormant. Please reactivate it.

It seems that your Bitbucket Cloud account is marked as a dormant account due to not logging in to Bitbucket.org for a long period of time.
For that, I went ahead and reactivated it.
You can now try to login again.

Atlassian has a KB for exactly this “We couldn’t log you in” Bitbucket Cloud error. - We couldn't log you in" error message
The recommended checks are:
1. clear browser cache / cookies
2. disable extensions or try an Incognito window
3. try another supported browser
I would first rule out browser/referrer issues exactly as the KB suggests. If it reproduces across clean browsers too, then your “inactive/dormant Bitbucket account” theory becomes much more plausible.

None of it helped. The issue reproduces across all browsers, devices, and networks. The Bitbucket API works fine via curl, and my workspace is visible in admin.atlassian.com. This points to a dormant/inactive account issue...
