Hello everyone,

I'm trying to connect my bitbucket team with a certain jira account, but I get this message when doing so:

The add-on failed to be installed: Error calling installed at URL https://thekeytechnology.atlassian.net/rest/aci/1.0/installation/jira-bitbucket-connector-plugin/install: 403 Client Error: for url: https://thekeytechnology.atlassian.net/rest/aci/1.0/installation/jira-bitbucket-connector-plugin/install

It also doesn't work the other way around, I'm getting a generic "this didn't work error" and afterwards a an "invalid credentials". I'm logged in to both accounts and I am admin in both accounts and in the bitbucket team.

Doesn't look like a proper error message.

Hi Karl,

HTTP 403 suggest authorization problem. Could be a result of different authorization protocol used/supported by the application itself.

If you are looking to integrate BitBucket with JIRA applications, it can be done with Application links. Check out Linking Bitbucket Server with Jira.

Regards,
Kelly
