Currently, it's not possible to delete pull requests in Bitbucket Cloud. We do have an open feature request to implement this functionality :

We encourage you to add your Vote there, to bring the feature more visibility and also help our product managers to understand the interest. You also have the option to mark yourself as a Watcher, so you get notified whenever there's any update on that feature.
