When I attempt to mention or add team members to a PR using the @ feature, only a small number of my team members are visible.
There was no issue when I first got access to my company's instance, but a couple weeks ago it just stopped. I haven't noticed any other problems with cloning, pushing branches, creating PRs, etc.
I contacted the support desk within my organisation, they were confident that they couldn't help and I should seek support from Atlassian directly.
I have seen some previous posts related to this issue, but these were from administrators of the particular instance; I am just a user on the instance.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Hello Rory and welcome to the Community!
The behavior of @mentions not working all of the sudden does sound rather suspect. The first things I would check would be to see if the users you’re attempting to @mention have explicit permissions to the repo/branch/PR that you’re wanting to @mention them within. If the users are not present then the @mention may not display their name as they do not have permissions to the item. This could be why you’re only seeing a small portion of your teams names when attempting to @mention.
If you confirm they users do in fact have permissions to the item but are still not displaying when attempting to @mention their name, then please do let us know and we will investigate further.

Hi Stephen,
Thanks a lot for getting back to me, apologies for my own delay in responding. I checked for any explicit permissions that may have been set on any of the repos and could find none. However, the issue appears to have resolved itself, so I haven't looked any further into it. Hopefully it won't appear again!
Thanks again for your support.
Cheers,
Rory
