Can not install Jira add-on in Bitbucker

When I put url https://exgo-team.atlassian.net to Jira add-on in Bitbucket. I get this error
"The add-on failed to be installed: Error calling installed at URL https://exgo-team.atlassian.net/rest/aci/1.0/installation/jira-bitbucket-connector-plugin/install: 403 Client Error: for url: https://exgo-team.atlassian.net/rest/aci/1.0/installation/jira-bitbucket-connector-plugin/install"

Could you help me this case?

I removed all OAuth consumers in Bitbucket and then link DVCS accounts in Jira to Bitbucket :)
