Can I extend bitbucket UI?

Hello!

I'd like to make a simple extension to bitbucket's UI to simple paint from green to red the pull request that show on the "Your Work" page based on how old they are. Is there any kind of API that I can use?

Bitbucket allows UI extensions of some sort, but this unfortunately doesn't include things like you described. The only potentially feasible way I can think of is to build an extension for the browser that will tweak that view client-side.
