Can I associate a group to one specif Bitbucket project ?

I wonder if it is possible to create an User Group and associate it to projects.

No, you currently cannot.

This is something that we are considering for the future though and we do see the use case. At this point though, groups and projects are different beasts and if you want a project-specific group, you'll have to manually create it and make sure all the project's repos have that group in their permissions.
