Hi @Peter Zhang 

Sorry to hear about this.  However we have had other reports from some users about this.  Are you by chance located within China?  If so, the great China firewall has been reportedly at fault for the captcha information being unreachable for end users located within China.

If you can connect to an external vpn, this might allow you to then be able to see the captcha. We have had a previous tracking issue around this in ID-6228 China Users Face "Google Recaptcha Failed to Load" When Logging In
