Build setup error cache Not Found "dotnetcore"

Downloading "dotnetcore" Cache in bitbucket-yaml has message "Not found"
It doesn't even populating the value of repo variable $BITBUCKET_REPO_FULL_NAME
I cannot even restore dotnet applications in pipeline.
Does any one knows this issue?
This is working properly last week.
