Branch pipeline halts on multiple merged PRs “Another pipeline is deploying to Staging”

I am facing an issue with my Bitbucket pipelines where branch deployments halt when multiple PRs are merged

There are others too, those are halt and doesn't rerun again, every time it shows same error, so need help figure it out
