Bitbucket workspace https://bitbucket.org/t2pms/ shows "App offline - pending removal" error

Hello Atlassian Support Team,

We are experiencing a critical issue with our Bitbucket workspace at:
https://bitbucket.org/t2pms/

When trying to access the workspace, we are seeing the following error:

"App offline – This Bitbucket app is pending removal. Once you try to delete the app, you have 30 days to restore it."

We did NOT intentionally delete or request removal of this workspace. This is our active project workspace that our entire team relies on daily for source code management and collaboration.

Impact:
- We cannot log in or access any of our repositories
- Our full development team is blocked
- This is causing significant disruption to our ongoing work
