Hello, have a such issue. Couldn't create a new bitbucket workspace. Try with different devices. Tried it around an hour. Maybe someone had such kind of the issue in the past? Here is the screenshot. Thank you for the answer

Creating a workspace needs to be done via https://admin.atlassian.com by adding bitbucket Cloud as a product (as per unified user management changes) - you can find a guide for this below:
If this doesn't work - it's because your JIRA site/org is not compatible, in which case you'll need to create a new one first and add Bitbucket Cloud as a product within this new org using the link above:
