Hi Bitbucket Support Team,
My Bitbucket Cloud workspace appears to have disappeared, and I can no longer access my repository.
Workspace ID: clantu
Repository: clantu_server
Old SSH remote: git@bitbucket.org:clantu/clantu_server.git
When I log in to bitbucket.org, I cannot see the clantu workspace.
Opening the workspace URL directly shows "Resource not found":
Running this command:
git ls-remote git@bitbucket.org:clantu/clantu_server.git
returns:
You may not have access to this repository or it no longer exists in this workspace. If you think this repository exists and you have access, make sure you are authenticated.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
I believe this may be related to the Bitbucket free unused workspace cleanup / deactivation process.
Could someone from Bitbucket Cloud Support please check whether workspace clantu is deactivated, dormant, or deleted, and whether it can still be reactivated or restored?
I can provide my Atlassian account email privately if needed.
Thank you.
