Bitbucket team email notification and issue view

Our team has lots of (mostly small) repositories that we manage with bitbucket.

It would be helpful if we could, at the team level, subscribe an email address to notifications (checkins, pull requests, etc.) for all respositories for out team. New repositories would automatically have notifications sent to the team.

Similarly, it would be great if there was a team view of issues that would show all issues for a team regardless of repo.
