Bitbucket status report -> make an outage report

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Bitbucket was obviously down for a little while (~ 15 Minutes), but the system status report said:
No big deal. Sh**** happens. But if the status monitor did not reflect the current outage.
There I have a little feedback here:
If a status page has a link in the header, that sais "report a Problem":
I would assume it would be exactly for what the text in the link sais.
But with Bitbucket: It lets me declare that I use Bitbucket and what my workspace URL is.
This leads to the documentation or this forum.
Well yeah... no. Not really.
