Bitbucket server issue tracker & wiki

I'm evaluating Bitbucket server. I've created a new repository, but I can't find the issue tracker and wiki items that are available on bitbucket.com. I don't know which plugin to install to activate these features.

Hi ProJee,

You will need to set up an Application Link to both JIRA and Confluence in order to pick up on these features.

Here's a link to set it up on JIRA and the process to link to Confluence is pretty similar.

I've linked the apps, can see BitBucket,JIRA & Confluence in the application navigator (on the left of the Bitbucket Server header), but still don't see any new icons when adding a repository in bitbucket.   

I'd like to duplicate bitbucket.com functionality on my own server (basic issue tracking & wiki), don't need any advanced JIRA/Confluence features.
