Bitbucket pull request condition

Kindly, go through below conditions and let us know, whether it’s possible to attain using any tool, script or plugin etc.
Conditions for pull request:
- Only “feature” and “release” branch should be list out in source directory. Others should be disabled.
- When we choose source directory as “feature” branch, then all other branches in destination should be visible. Likewise, When we choose “release” branch in source, then only “master” branch should be visible.
