Bitbucket failed to receive password reset email link

Please am unable to receive a password reset email link from Bitbucket yet i receive other emails just fine.

Here is the email in question :  stevenmwesigwa@gmtconsults.com

I've googled and it looks like sometimes specific accounts are put in bitbucket block list.

I would like to be unblocked if that's the case.

Please help:- i have pending things to work on.
