If I upgrade from a free plan to a paid plan, and later decide that I don't need the paid plan, can I downgrade back to the free plan again?  Or am I stuck with the paid plan going forward?

Yes, there is a Change plan button.

Also if you miss a payment you're automatically downgraded.
