Bitbucket atlantis intergration webhook issue

For a POC , I have Created Atlantis server and Bitbucket Server used the steps as per below.

1. Facing error while creating the pull request and it is not calling terraform plan, think some issue with webhook.

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Request cannot be executed; I/O reactor status: STOPPED
