Whenever I try to log in to Bitbucket using my Atlassian ID I get the following error:
We couldn’t log you in - You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.
I have tried several browsers but I keep getting the same error.

Your account was in a dormant state due to a long period with no activity, which was causing the issue with the login.
I've just set is to active again so you should be able to login successfully as of now.
Could you give it a try and let us know how it goes?
