Bitbucket WIndows service user change

Hello all. I've look around the community posts and found a few with similar issues and nothing that was responded to seemed to work. 

We have an issue with a licensed bitbucket server that runs as a normal user account on a server. However, due to many reasons we need to change this. When this is changed, all of the Repositories go away. Even though BITBUCKET_HOME is the same path for both accounts and have the same permissions on the folder. 

Any ideas?

So basically whatever user you setup your repos under, you're stuck using it, even if the users leaves. Which is a security risk to most organizations.
