Bitbucket Smart mirrors instance usage as normal in addition of its mirroring role

Hello,

I wondering when using smart mirrors instances or mirror farms instances of a bitbucket server if those secondary instances could be use as a classic Bitbucket in addition of their mirroring operations ?

I read that smart mirrors repository are read-only copy of the primary one, so my question is more is users of mirrors instance could use it as a bitbucket to host their local projects.
