Bitbucket Server webhook connection error

Hi, I have created a Amazon aws virtual machine and set bitbucket server there and enabled https with self-signed certificate and in the beginning when bitbucket server starts if I test webhook communication it works but after few minutes it shows an error saying "The server didn't respond. You may retry your request when the server comes back up."
