Bitbucket Pipelines partially blank

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I tried in multiple browsers, Firefox, Chrome (v68.0.3440.106), Incognito mode, still getting same issue, that Pipelines page does not load completely. I can't build, nor I can deploy new builds.
I can browse though old deploys and can get back to the old builds by clicking the link in the Deploy page.
But can not run or deploy new builds, this seems like a bug. I tried to rename bitbucket-pipelines.yml commit+push and rename it back without any luck (like mentioned here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/Pipelines-section-is-blank/qaq-p/380800.
