I am trying to invite a member into our company's workspace and the invitations are not getting through. The member and I have checked the the spam and all other inboxes to ensure that it is not there. I have cancelled the invitation and resent the invite multiple times. At one point, after sending multiple invites, an email did come through (meaning no rules are blocking the emails) but when the member clicked to join, nothing happened and he is still unable to access the workspace/repos. I have since tried inviting him again to see if an email will come through but nothing has. I have read other posts with recommendations but nothing is working.
Other members in the past have been able to get the invitation as well.

I have checked the user's email address and can see that the user has disabled product notifications (which includes invitations)—hence why they've not been able to receive these.
To resolve this:
