Bitbucket: How can I find users with special characters in names?

Bitbucket search is not returning any users with special characters in their names.  I see detailed instruction for Confluence but none for Bitbucket.  I need to add these users to their respective repos.

Hi,

When you go to the admin section and look at the users, are you able to see them in the user search there? This would be different from the repos.
