Bitbucket Data Center Migration available for cloud

I am looking at this documentation for Bitbucket migration into datacenter.

From what I am reading this only works from server to datacenter.

We need to migrate from cloud to datacenter.

Can someone confirm if I am reading this correct and it will only work with server instances and not cloud.

You are correct, the migration described in the link only applies for Bitbucket Server. You can migrate Bitbucket Cloud to Bitbucket Server (and then to Bitbucket Data Center) by importing the repositories but your meta data has to be recreated either manually or by using the API, see Bitbucket: Migrate Bitbucket Cloud to Bitbucket Server
