My Bitbucket Cloud workspace (jergmz) has completely disappeared. After login I only see the message "Join a workspace to collaborate with your teammates" with no option to view or access any repositories. There is no reactivate button or any other option visible anywhere in the interface.
I never deleted my workspace or repositories. I received an email in 2025 about free plan changes mentioning that inactive repositories would be archived, but I never received any email saying my workspace or account would be deleted.
I still have local copies of all my repositories on my machine, which confirms this is the correct account. I can also confirm the workspace URL is https://bitbucket.org/jergmz
Could anyone from Atlassian help me recover my workspace and all my repositories? Is there any way to restore them from internal snapshots or reactivate the workspace?
Thank you in advance.
Hey!
I have the exact same issue - but there is no way to ask for restoring the repos from the GUI!
Can you please reactive my account?
Is this public forum the right place to ask for reactivation?

Thanks for reaching out to the community.
I've just re-activated your user account, it was marked DORMANT due to free workspace cleanup:
You should be able to access your workspace now.

Hi Mark, I am facing the same issue with the workspaces /loirotv and /tueis, could you please reactivate them?
I can't see the CTA to activate them, and when trying to access the url directly of a repository, I face multiple bugs and endless scrolling (error 4d2e4092abf3482a94ee1cc2e4d557d7).
Thanks!
