Bitbucket Cloud w/ Atlassian Access - restricting 'public' repo

Scenario: Bitbucket Cloud for corporate usage.
If we use Bitbucket Cloud with Atlassian Access how easy / difficult is it then for someone to inadvertently make a given repo public to everyone on Internet? This is our concern.
Ideally it should of course require the administrator to jump through lots of hoops to do so.
Pls explain.
