I'm uploading a 20MB JAR file to the Bitbucket Downloads section using a pipeline, but when accessing it from another pipeline, only 600KB gets downloaded.im trying build a another maven jar using this jar but due to not able to download fully another jar building is getting corrupted

I'd like to ask a few questions so I can better help you:

1. In the Downloads page of the repo, does the file size display correctly as 20 MB?
   
   
2. What command are you using to download the file from Pipelines?
   
   Can you add a flag for verbose output to this command, run another build, and then share the full output of the command? E.g. if you use curl, you can add the -v option for verbose output.
   
   Please make sure to sanitize any private/sensitive date in the output before sharing.
   
   
3. Does the Pipelines step where you download the file get executed on Atlassian's infrastructure or with a self-hosted runner?
   
   
4. Is IP allowlisting enabled for the workspace where this repo belongs?
