BitBucket branching best practices

Dear all,

I am actually exploring BitBucket which is brand new for me in order to understand the mechanism of branching and CI.

At the end I need to setup a POC for a customer with a big development team

Based on that I have few question :

Q1 : What is the best practice on oganising branching in BitBucket ?

Q2 : is it possible to use individual branch as a PipeLine, and then when build is successful merge branch to master and initiate a new build ?

Q3 : In general, what are the good practice to handle branch, merge, pipeline in BitBucket, any reference ?
