We have got some of our branches missing after a couple of things happened as following:
1. We installed Service Desk on the server, this installer upgraded our JIRA from 7.4.1 to the latest release. We had the JIRA license till March 2018 and because of that it said this version of JIRA is out of your license and JIRA stopped working.
2. To resolve above issue we restored the whole system to a couple of hours older point. After that everything started to be working normal but now we see the last branch in BitBucket is from Aug. Every branch after that date has gone missing.
I am not sure what and where to look. I have tried re-indexing JIRA, restarting server, restarting JIRA service, restarting BitBucket service.
